House of Embers is an old-school eatery and one of the few supper clubs in Wisconsin Dells. They serve up traditional Wisconsin cuisine and have been doing so for over 50 years.

Not only is the cuisine delicious and reasonably priced, but the thirst-quenching drinks and cocktails are great too. My favorite part is their happy hour, where you can get discounted drinks from 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM. Additionally, if you’re an early bird, you can get discounted menu items by eating before 6:00 PM. Their popular menu includes:

Crispy truffle fries.
Prime rib flatbread.
Hickory-smoked BBQ ribs.
Alaskan king crab legs.
