While walking through the Janesville Rotary Garden annual holiday light display, this Gingerbread Cookie Coffee came to me as a way to warm up with the flavors of the season. This coffee has all of the spices of gingerbread cookies with a little added sweetness.

Who doesn’t love all the joys of the holiday season? Cookies, carolers, and festive light displays all make for budget-friendly fun and promote unity.
Since our teen was little, we would do fun things to make driving around to see the holiday light shows even more fun like the year we did a Mini-Van express – down to the golden ticket like the movie the Polar Express.
We might have hit all of these that we covered in this post: The Best List of Christmas Light Displays in Wisconsin.
Janesville has an experience unlike any other – you WALK through the display. With a display of 1.2 million lights, it is an incredible experience. You can smell the oak leaves, hear the kids cry in delight as they whip off and on their holographic glasses as they look around, and see adorable senior citizen couples smooching while sitting on a bench for a photo.
You can pause on the bridge and admire the reflection of the lights in the not-yet-frozen pond, and at the end of your adventure? You can get cookies and cocoa from a local group.
THAT is the inspiration for this flavor – and the reason I knew we had to create this holiday blend.
